Our Editorial Process

Let's Understand Our Process of Creating Trustworthy, Helpful, and Accurate Blogs

1. Topic Selection

We use Google search engine, Google Trends, Bing, Yahoo, and other platforms to find the searcher queries. We also pick topics that we think can help people improve their health and fitness.

2. Content Creation

Once we select the topic, we research about it and use our personal experience to formulate a blog. We also verify some of our articles with experts in the industries so you can get the correct and practical info.

Exploring Scientific Research

We provide evidence-based articles and cite as many resources as possible to make our content trustworthy, accurate, and actionable. You can see our citations at the end of each article under the Reference heading.

Using Personal Experience

I’ve been working out for the last seven years, writing blogs since 2020, and giving personal training in my local gyms for the last two years. I frequently learn more about human anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, and strength training, so I can provide the most helpful info you need for shaping your physical health. I also constantly update myself about recent research and developments in the fitness world so my information stays relevant to the current time. I’m not yet an expert, but I have good knowledge and real-world experience to share on this site.

Veryfying with Experts

We got verified some of the articles by health and fitness professionals before hitting publish so our visitors can get appropriate infomation that works.

3. Publishing Content

After researching, creating, and evalauting our information we finally hit the publish button.

4. Continual Monitoring and Updating

We do not only focus on publishing fresh content but also constantly make appropriate changes to our existing articles to make sure we’re sharing the most up-to-date, accurate, and helpful information.
