Not Sure Which Workout Plan to Choose?

You don’t need the most advanced workout plan. You need one that fits your goal, training level, equipment, schedule, and available time.

Start With Your Training Level: If you’re new to training, keep things simple. Choose a routine with manageable volume, learn the exercises properly, and build consistency before moving to harder programs.

Be Realistic About Your Schedule: Pick the number of days you can actually train every week. A well-planned 3-day routine is better than a 6-day schedule you keep missing.

Use the Equipment You Have: Choose a workout based on your setup. You can make good progress with a full gym, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, or even bodyweight exercises.

Pick a Split That Fits Your Week:  Full-body routines are practical when you train fewer days. Upper-lower, PPL, and body-part splits usually work better when you have more days available.

Keep Workout Length Practical: If you normally have 30–45 minutes to train, choose a plan built around that time instead of trying to squeeze a long session into a short window.

Stick With It: Don’t change your workout every week. Follow the plan, track your progress, and make changes when you stop progressing or your training needs change.

How I Create the Workout Plans

I try to keep every program practical, structured, and easy to follow.

When I build a workout plan, I consider:

  • The main training goal
  • Experience level
  • Weekly training frequency
  • Exercise selection
  • Sets, reps, and rest periods
  • Training volume and intensity
  • Progressive overload
  • Recovery between sessions
  • Available equipment
  • Program length and progression

The programs are also organized around different goals, equipment, schedules, splits, and workout durations so you can choose one that fits your situation.

Some programs also include RPE targets, deload weeks, conditioning work, exercise alternatives, and downloadable PDFs.

My goal is to help you find a workout plan you can understand, follow consistently, and use to make measurable progress.

The idea is simple: the program should make sense on paper and still be realistic enough to follow in real life.

How to Get the Most From Your Workout Plan

A good workout plan only works if you follow it consistently and give your body enough time to adapt.

Stay Consistent: Choose a schedule you can realistically maintain and avoid missing sessions too often.

Progress Gradually: Increase weight, reps, sets, or exercise difficulty over time as you get stronger.

Focus on Good Form: Perform each exercise with control and avoid sacrificing technique just to lift heavier.

Recover Properly: Get enough sleep, eat well, and allow adequate recovery between hard training sessions.

Track Your Progress: Keep a simple record of your workouts so you can see whether your strength, reps, or overall performance is improving.

Don’t Change Programs Too Quickly: Give the routine enough time to work before switching to something new. Small adjustments are often better than starting over completely.
